Due to Y4 pupils missing their flu vaccination on Monday, the immunisation team will be back in school on 14th December 2020, to offer the nasal flu spray to the children who were absent on the day of the initial session. If your child has already had their flu vaccination at a GP or Community Clinic please can you inform the immunisation team on 0300 003 2554 or hdft.immunisationteam@nhs.net so they can be removed from our list.
Our telephone lines are often busy therefore If you’re unable to speak to a member of the team, please leave a message with your name and contact number and we will return your call.
Kind regards
Helen Harvey
Clinical Lead, Childhood Immunisation Team

While Year 4 are self isolating, they have plenty work to keep them occupied. Yesterday, they were asked to commemorate Armistice Day by creating or drawing. Ava used her talents to sew the most amazing poppy! This is so beautiful Ava.

Please read the important updates for Parents/Carers from Mrs Glass at the end of term, including updates around Covid 19.
We hope you all have a great half term.
School reopens on Tuesday 3rd November 2020.
If your child is diagnosed with COVID-19 during the school holidays it is very important that you provide information about who they have had contact with, both in school and out of school, with the NHS Test and Trace Service.
Your child should not return to school following the holidays if they develop symptoms or are in the self-isolation period.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of demand we are unable to restart breakfast clubs after half term as we had planned. We will review this should demand increase in future. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused , however we are unable to run the breakfast clubs if they are not financially viable.
