Please can all parents /carers read the letter from Mrs Glass about the closure of the schools on Wednesday and important information about the reopening of our new school building on April 19th 2021.

An end of term newsletter will follow this week, and exact final details on the new school opening will be posted during week beginning 12th April .
Important information for parents and carers on the return to school for all pupils on 8th March is below.

Please see the important letter below from Mrs Glass about the new school building opening dates, which have changed from those originally planned.
School will be closed to all pupils for half term next week. This includes the children of key workers and vulnerable pupils.
School will close on Friday 12th February and re open to key worker children and vulnerable pupils only on TUESDAY 23rd February. NB: Monday 22nd February is a teacher training day.
Due to broken heating system the junior building will be closed today. Please can children be collected by parents and complete remote learning at home .
The Infant building and Nursery remain open.
We have requested an engineer to attend as soon as possible , but have not been given a time for this . Hopefully the heating will be fixed today to enable the Junior building to reopen tomorrow (9.2.21). We will keep everyone updated.

A letter to parents and carers from Mrs Glass including information about remote learning.
Please see the link below outlining where children can get flu vaccinations ( nasal ) if they missed out getting theirs at school last term . Year 4 were isolating at home on the day when vaccinations were given in school, however all primary age pupils are entitled if they didn’t get one first time round for any reason.
School will be closed to all pupils including vulnerable and children of critical workers due to heavy snow and unsafe conditions on the roads resulting in insufficient staff being able to get to school to allow safe opening .
All learning will take place online today.
School will re-open to vulnerable and key worker children on Monday. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
